He works throughout the UK for a range of private and public sector clients. Key areas of expertise include access strategies, transport assessments, travel plans, traffic engineering, legal agreements and expert witness services at planning inquiries. Mark is fully conversant with the latest Guidance on Transport Assessment and highway design considerations set out in the Manual for Streets and the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges. |
