Vanessa is a Chartered Engineer with 14 years of experience in transport and development planning.
She has extensive experience in the preparation of Transport Assessments which consider impact of major commercial, retail, leisure and residential developments and the design of sustainable transport improvement measures. She regularly negotiates with local highway authorities and the Highways Agency on planning conditions and Section 106 measures and contributions. She has also developed expertise in the preparation of Travel Plans to support a wide range of land uses.
Vanessa has prepared traffic and highway evidence and has assumed the role of expert witness at recent planning inquiries.
Vanessa has also led the transportation input to public sector masterplanning and regeneration projects across the north of England. |
