Leisure Surrey Canal Triangle for Renewal

i-Transport LLP has been actively involved in the outline planning consent for London’s new sporting village at the Surrey Canal Triangle in the London Borough of Lewisham. This high profile, brownfield mixed-use development is centred around Millwall FC’s stadium and includes 2,400 new homes, a new regional indoor sporting centre, health, employment, retail, hotel, and multi-faith facilities, as well as public realm improvements and public transport enhancements including a new London Overground station.

Our role has been to provide strategic overview advice in relation to the masterplan access strategy, supporting Section 73 applications for minor amendments to the approved scheme, and providing continued support for reserved matters applications.
