MixedUse Albert Wharf, Fulham for Ptarmigan Land and CEMEX UK

i-Transport LLP provided transport planning input to the comprehensive regeneration of three riverside wharves incorporating enhanced industrial facilities for CEMEX, up to 233 new residential units and ancillary retail and leisure uses.

  • Lily Street Farm, Swanwick for Peveril Securities Ltd – Transport Assessment, Travel Plans and a transport chapter for the Environmental Statement to support an outline planning application for 600 residential units, c.500,000 sqft of employment floorspace and a range of other uses.
  • Nightingale Quarter for Bellway Homes – Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for a large mixed-use city centre scheme including a foodstore, 400 residential units, office, care home and ancillary facilities in Derby.
  • Hobhouse Court for Alaska Group – Transport Planning advice for the redevelopment and extension of an existing facility for new residential, retail and gallery use in Westminster.
  • Burgess Hill Northern Arc for Wates/Gleeson/Rydon – Transport input to a mixed-use scheme consisting of 3,500 dwellings, schools and employment.
  • South East Bicester for Wates Development/Redrow Homes – Promotion of large mixed-used development through the Local Plan including a review of transport infrastructure requirements.
  • Gosden Hill Farm for Martin Grant Homes – Transport and highways advice for a residential led mixed-use scheme with 2,000 homes, office headquarters, local community facilities, a Park & Ride scheme and new station.
