Residentialll Former Kelvin Hughes Site, Hainault for Taylor Wimpey

i-Transport LLP has supported Taylor Wimpey East London with their planning application for a residential redevelopment of a former industrial site in Hainault (London Borough of Redbridge) to provide circa 180 houses and flats and a small commercial unit (pictured). Our work has involved detailed analysis of the impact of the scheme; traffic and car parking were particularly contentious issues within the local community.
